Broadcast Production: Operate cameras, audio systems, replay tools, and production software to help bring live esports broadcasts to life. Staff in this role work behind the scenes to produce professional livestreams for competitions, events, and special programming.
Content Creator: Develop engaging social media content that showcases student-athletes, events, and the culture of Vandal Esports. This role helps capture trends, create short-form content, and keep our community engaged across multiple platforms.
Event Staff: Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of esports events, tournaments, and community activations. Event staff help create a smooth and welcoming experience for competitors, guests, and attendees.
Graphic Design: Create visual assets that support Vandal Esports branding, marketing campaigns, and event promotion. Designers work on everything from social media graphics to merchandise concepts and broadcast visuals.
IT Support: Help maintain the technology that powers our esports facilities, including gaming PCs, consoles, peripherals, and software systems. This role assists with troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring our competitive and event spaces remain operational.
Lab Staff: Support the day-to-day operations of the esports lab by assisting guests, monitoring equipment usage, and maintaining a welcoming environment. Lab staff help ensure the space stays organized, functional, and ready for both casual and competitive use.
Shoutcaster: Provide live commentary for esports matches through play-by-play analysis, color commentary, and on-air hosting. Shoutcasters help create an exciting viewing experience while educating audiences about the games being played.
Team Coordinator: Support varsity and club teams through scheduling, communication, and operational assistance. Team coordinators help players stay organized while assisting with match logistics, practices, and team-related needs.
Video Editor: Edit video content for social media, marketing campaigns, livestream highlights, and long-form storytelling projects. This role transforms raw footage into engaging content that helps grow the Vandal Esports brand.
